Анотація
Програма вивчення нормативної навчальної дисципліни «Управління закладами освіти» складена відповідно до освітньо-професійної програми підготовки магістрів спеціальності 013 Початкова освіта за освітньо-професійною програмою «Початкова освіта».
Предметом вивчення навчальної дисципліни є ознайомлення магістрів зі стратегією та тактикою управління ЗО, оволодіння прикладними інструментами управлінської діяльності менеджера освіти; вироблення практичних умінь та навичок аналізувати управлінські ситуації, проектувати і здійснювати самоуправління та управління закладом освіти.
Міждисциплінарні зв’язки: «Сучасні моделі початкової школи», «Актуальні проблеми педагогіки початкової освіти», «Управління проєктами та інтелектуальна власність».
Метою дисципліни є підготовка висококваліфікованих і професійних керівників у сфері освіти та виробничого навчання, формування та розвиток у них загальних і професійних компетентностей у галузі управління освітніми організаціями, здобуття системи знань, вмінь і навичок спрямованих на координацію зусиль всіх учасників навчально-виховного процесу щодо оптимального функціонування навчального закладу та забезпечення якісно нових освітніх результатів.

Abstract
The program of study of the normative educational discipline "Educational Institution Management" is compiled in accordance with the educational and professional program for training masters in specialty 013 Primary education according to the educational and professional program "Primary Education".
The subject of the study of the academic discipline is to acquaint the masters with the strategy and tactics of management of the educational institution, to master the applied tools of the managerial activity of the education manager; development of practical abilities and skills to analyze management situations, design and implement self-management and management of an educational institution.
Interdisciplinary connections: "Modern models of primary school", "Actual problems of primary education pedagogy", "Project management and intellectual property".
The purpose of the discipline is the training of highly qualified and professional managers in the field of education and industrial training, the formation and development of their general and professional competencies in the field of management of educational organizations, the acquisition of a system of knowledge, skills and abilities aimed at coordinating the efforts of all participants in the educational process for optimal functioning educational institution and ensuring qualitatively new educational results.
